Our IT support is provided by KDA Web Services and our tutor timesheets are provided by UFMedia who are data processors and covered by our contract for services with them. We share your information with our accountants who manage of billing and bookkeeping services and we will also share our tutor’s email address with potential clients.
Your personal information will be stored on systems owned by Bristol Tutors or our contractors and will only be stored inside the European Economic Area (EEA), or a country approved by the EU.
We will retain your personal information in accordance with legal and regulatory requirements. We will only retain your information while we are actively engaged with you. Where we have had no interaction with you for a period of one year we will delete your personal information, although information required for HMRC will be kept for 7 years. If a DBS check was completed through Bristol Tutors this information is permanently stored with CB Screening.
